How to cancel or modify your order

If you have already contracted a Bob Travel service, but do not know how to cancel or modify a scheduled order, here is how to do it in simple steps.

Customer Service Hours

Manage your booking from Monday to Sunday, from 08:00 to 20:00 h, contacting through our email trafico@bob.io. Our agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you want to cancel a contracted delivery?

Please note that if you cancel the service up to 2 hours before the pick-up time you have selected, we will refund 100% of the amount.

Cancellations made less than two hours prior to pick-up are not entitled to a refund.

Do you want to make any modifications?

Have your plans changed and do you need to modify some shipping information? Don’t worry, you can modify the service up to 2 hours before the pick-up time you have selected.

Keep in mind that if you make any changes to your reservation less than two hours before the start of the collection period, we cannot guarantee that it will be managed on time.
