History

SINCE 2017

Although the project was born years before after countless trips, meetings, and previous studies, Bob was officially born on 8 August 2017 after the first funding was approved by investors. It was the day that everything took off.

Bob is synonymous with effort. Of learning and growth. Because behind three letters, there is a story full of work, perseverance, and improvement.

2017

Bob is born, after the project was presented and approved by investors to give the first funding.

2018

Iberia was the first airline to trust Bob. We started operating together.

On July 4 of this year, our first platform for check-in was published. A historic milestone!

Our first customer was flying to Argentina and was the first passenger to skip the check-in line.

2019

We started working with important airlines such as: Vueling, Iberia Express, Lufthansa, Air France KLM, LATAM and Air Nostrum.

2020

During the pandemic, and until now, our agents checked COVID documentation to help passengers avoid problems.

2021

Bob Delivery is born, our door-to-door service, so that customers can send their luggage to any destination in the world.

2022

In May of this year, the first Bob Travel Arrivals order was placed in Málaga.

Our star service is born, Baggage Delivery Services (BDS), software for the management of delayed bags.
