How do we use your Information?
The data provided voluntarily on the Website are used by BoB for the purpose of providing the services requested by the Customers through the Website, and to manage the contractual relationship between the Company and the Customer.
Where so expressly indicated on the data collection form, the Customer authorizes BoB to use the personal data provided for the purpose of informing them about services, promotions and special offers including information we consider of interest to the Customer, based on the analysis of the data they provide through the Website. Said commercial information shall be sent by:
- SMS text message or any other electronic message (including MMS, graphic messages, video message, instant messages, etc.);
- standard post;
- any other equivalent means we deem pertinent at any time.
The Client may, at any time, revoke the consent provided, and thus oppose the processing of the data provided in the section “Rights of the Interested Party”.

The Customer shall be solely responsible for any manifest falsehoods or inaccuracies and the damages such may cause to BoB.

In addition to the information you provide, we can compile information on the use you make of the Website in accordance with our Cookies Policy.
How do we collect such data?
We collect information on Customers:
- When they provide information through the data collection form included on the Website.
- In some sections of the Website, through the use of automatic data collection procedures (cookies), subject to the provisions set out in the corresponding Cookies Policy.
We do not collect an excessive amount of information on Customers, or data that are not appropriate or pertinent for the purposes for which they were collected.

The personal data of Customers is processed by same in the valid term of the contractual relationship that gives rise to the treatment of the data. Thus, once the contractual relationship between BoB and the Customer is terminated, the data shall be blocked for the term necessary to comply with the requirements of the judicial authorities by virtue of the responsibility that may arise from the services provided by BoB to the Customer.
Rights of the Interested Party
Similarly, the Customer has the right to lodge the complaints they deem necessary before the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the competent authority in this area.
International data transfer
BoB does not make any international transfers of Customers’ personal data.

We use reasonable technical and physical measures to protect the information we collect through the Website and to ensure that data are processed legally, in good faith, transparently, appropriately and that such data is appropriate, pertinent, limited, exact and up-to-date.
