Service availability

At this moment we operate at these airports: Madrid (MAD), Barcelona (BCN), Bilbao (BIO), Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (LPA), Palma de Mallorca (PMI). Tenerife Norte (TFN) y Tenerife Sur (TFS).

Soon we will start offering our services in new airports.

This service is only available if your flight is operated by one of our partner airlines. If you are flying with another company, check out the rest of our services.

You may have purchased your flight from one of our partner airlines but we cannot offer this service because the flight is code-shared (several airlines sell tickets for the same flight) and the operator is a different airline.

The service includes the collection, custody, transport and in-flight injection of your luggage, and is independent of the cost of checking in your luggage with your airline.

Documentation at pick-up

You can hire this service whenever you want once you have your flight. We will need you to complete the online check-in process with your airline and have your boarding pass ready before we pick up your baggage.

It is not possible for someone other than the person travelling to deliver the baggage to us. For security reasons, we need to verify on site the identity of the people flying with their national ID card or passport, as well as the boarding card and visas for international flights where they are required, and associate each traveller’s documentation to each piece of luggage that we will check in with the airline.

Baggage allowance

We can check in for you with your airline for those bags that are included in your baggage allowance (the maximum number of bags included in your fare) and those that you have additionally added during the online check-in process.

The BoB agent who will pick-up your baggage will check your boarding pass to ensure that the baggage you wish to check is included in your baggage allowance and has passed the online check-in process.

In case you want to add baggage at the last minute and it is not included in the online check-in you completed, we can arrange this with the airline when we arrive at the airport. The agent who will pick up your baggage will inform you of the approximate cost and charge it to your credit card once it’s confirmed.

Overweight and special baggage

The BoB agent will also weigh your baggage. If it exceeds the weight of your baggage allowance, we will offer to manage the extra cost. Once we have verified the amount with the airline, upon arrival at the airport, we will proceed to charge your credit card with the cost of the excess weight.

We can pick up and check in any special baggage that is included in your ticket fare and that you have added at online check-in. All you have to do is leave us a comment at the baggage selection step of the booking process indicating the characteristics of the special baggage so that the agent is prepared.


You can cancel the service up to 2 hours before the starting of the pick-up time slot you have selected and we will give you 100% of the amount back. Cancellations made less than two hours before the pick-up time slot are not entitled to a refund.
